The Petfix Shop serves as the commercial side of the platform, featuring a wide selection of pet products. This section will investigate the UX/UI design strategies used to improve the shopping experience, including navigation, product discovery, and checkout processes.

A notable challenge in the Petfix project was developing two distinct navigation systems for the Petfix Shop and the Petfix Club, allowing users to easily move between shopping and accessing membership services without confusion. The final design facilitates a clear separation yet integrated experience for users on both parts of the platform.
