Creating a comprehensive digital platform for pet owners

Petfix was a subscription-based platform divided into two services: Petfix Shop and Petfix Club. The Club featured a variety of vet-focused offerings, including articles and videos by veterinarians, pet health tools, personalised health plans, discounts on pet services, and an “ask a vet” messaging service. The Shop was an e-commerce store that leveraged information from the Club to enhance the subscriber experience. Each section was designed with distinct navigation to meet the specific needs of its users.

Petfix Club

The Petfix Club side of the site focuses on providing members with direct access to veterinary advice, health management tools, and customised health plans. A notable challenge in the Petfix project was developing two distinct navigation systems for the Petfix Shop and the Petfix Club, allowing users to easily move between shopping and accessing membership services without confusion. The final design facilitates a clear separation yet integrated experience for users on both parts of the platform.
